BIG DATA Co., Ltd. (BIG DATA), Taiwan's leading data technology company, has again earned international and domestic recognition for its AI technology and enterprise deployment results. The company announced today that KEYLM, its enterprise knowledge AI agent platform, has won The WITSA Global Award for AI Entrepreneurship at the WITSA Global AI Awards 2026, while AI Insight Partner, its human-AI co-intelligence insight assistant, has received the inaugural Taiwan AI Excellence Award (臺灣 AI 卓越獎) in the “AI Enterprise Transformation Pioneer: Excellence” category.
BIG DATA General Manager Mark Wen (温紹郁) and Chief Technology Officer Dr. Sam Meng (孟令三) represented the company at the 2026 Taiwan AI Excellence Award ceremony and the WITSA Global AI Summit gala dinner, where they received the two awards from Minister of Digital Affairs Yi-Jing Lin (林宜敬), WITSA Chairman Dato' Dr. Sean Seah, and Chinese Software Guild Chairman Shen Bo-Yen (沈柏延), respectively. Dr. Sam Meng also demonstrated KEYLM at the WITSA Global AI Award international press conference, showing how the platform addresses real-world pain points in enterprise AI adoption by starting with an organization's internal knowledge.
“The next stage of enterprise AI adoption isn't about pursuing more powerful models. It's about how AI can truly understand a company's own data, knowledge, and workflows,” said Mark Wen. “These two awards, spanning on-premise enterprise AI and AI-driven workflow transformation, reflect BIG DATA's ability to turn data, models, and enterprise knowledge into real business value, and to move AI development from research into industry-wide deployment. We will continue deepening the collaboration between AI and enterprise knowledge, data, and human expertise, helping more companies bring AI into their everyday operations and decision-making.”
On-Premise Enterprise AI Wins International Recognition: KEYLM Takes Home a WITSA Global AI Awards
The World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) has long recognized innovative and influential organizations across the global ICT industry. This year marked the inaugural WITSA Global AI Awards, honoring companies and applications with global impact, scalability, and innovation in artificial intelligence. BIG DATA's KEYLM enterprise knowledge AI agent platform won The WITSA Global Award for AI Entrepreneurship, demonstrating how Taiwan's AI capabilities, built on local data advantages and enterprise knowledge applications, can scale across industries worldwide.
According to Fortune Business Insights, the global sovereign cloud market is projected to grow from USD 195.35 billion in 2026 to USD 1.32 trillion by 2034, a compound annual growth rate of 27%, as enterprise demand for data localization and AI sovereignty continues to rise. Built on more than a decade of BIG DATA's Chinese-language data assets and its proprietary domain language model, BIG10, KEYLM draws on the KEYDATA cloud, which has accumulated over 6.5 billion data records and processes more than 200 billion Chinese-language data points each month. Integrated with the NVIDIA NeMo framework, KEYLM helps enterprises convert internal documents, SOPs, technical materials, and legacy systems into enterprise knowledge that AI agents can understand and apply, while supporting on-premise, private cloud, and hybrid cloud deployment to meet enterprise requirements for data security and sovereignty.
BIG DATA has now served more than 1,000 enterprises and organizations, with its technology extending into manufacturing, government, healthcare, and cultural IP applications. Through a “single core, multiple applications” strategy, the company rapidly deploys the same core model and platform architecture across different industries and use cases, and is progressively expanding into Japanese- and English-language markets, demonstrating its ability to scale from core technology to commercial applications.

From 20 Days to One: AI Insight Partner Wins Inaugural Taiwan AI Excellence Award
Alongside KEYLM, BIG DATA's AI Insight Partner, a human-AI co-intelligence insight assistant developed from the company's own operational results, won the “AI Enterprise Transformation Pioneer: Excellence” category at the inaugural Taiwan AI Excellence Award. By deeply embedding AI into its data insight workflow, BIG DATA demonstrated how AI can move beyond improving efficiency to driving genuine transformation in organizational and service models. The award, organized by the Taiwan Information Software and Service Industry Association (TISSA), recognizes outstanding examples of applying AI to public service optimization and industry transformation.
Before adopting AI, BIG DATA's analytics team relied on its KEYPO public opinion analysis software to manually filter noise, compile data, generate insights, and prepare presentations, a process that took more than 20 working days to produce a complete insight report. After optimizing its workflow and introducing AI collaboration, the team cut that timeline to within a single working day, reducing overall report production time by 80% and time spent on basic data preparation by nearly 80%, while increasing the share of high-value strategic insight work by 50%. The team also established a standardized five-step process: keyword setup, prompt refinement, AI-generated drafting, human-AI collaborative review, and final report delivery.
This model has since expanded beyond the analytics team to the brand marketing team's ESG brand risk management work, validating its feasibility across departments and use cases. It has now been productized as AI Insight Partner, a new service model that pairs human-AI co-intelligence with expert guidance: AI handles the bulk of data organization, analysis, and initial drafting, while professional analysts focus on validation, interpretation, and strategic recommendations. Through this offering, BIG DATA is bringing its own AI transformation experience to enterprise clients, positioning AI not just as a tool for efficiency, but as a partner that amplifies both human expertise and organizational decision-making.
Looking ahead, BIG DATA will continue to build on its proprietary Chinese-language data assets and AI capabilities, deepening its BIG10 domain language model, KEYPO public opinion analysis software, KEYLM enterprise knowledge AI agent platform, and AI agent technologies and products. By connecting data, models, enterprise knowledge, and real-world workflows, the company aims to build a complete AI Data Intelligence capability. BIG DATA will also continue driving cross-industry AI adoption and overseas market expansion, helping enterprises move beyond simply “adopting AI” to truly transforming it into a sustainable, scalable operational and decision-making capability.
