Facing the escalating challenges of declining birth rates and an aging population, Taiwan's labor market is experiencing an unprecedented talent gap, with the National Development Council projecting a shortage of 480,000 professional talents by 2030. The wave of AI transformation is accelerating corporate digitalization, further exacerbating the scarcity of specialized talent in the data technology sector. To continuously reinforce talent sustainability and deepen corporate competitiveness, BIG DATA Co., Ltd. today (March 14th) officially announced its renewed commitment to the "TALENT, in Taiwan Alliance for Talent Sustainability," endorsing the six major talent sustainability indicators: "Meaning & Value," "Diversity & Inclusion," "Compensation & Incentives," "Physical & Mental Health," "Cultivation & Growth," and "Communication & Experience." Wei Chiang, COO of BIG DATA Co., Ltd., stated that talent is the core driver of enterprise development and a key indicator influencing corporate competitiveness. "By combining resources from industry, government, and academia, along with our own data technology influence, we will continue to invest in talent development, promoting a diverse, inclusive, and innovative workplace where both the company and its talent can achieve mutual growth."

BIG DATA Co., Ltd. and the STUF United Fund Asia-Pacific Center (STUF APC) today (January 24th) announced the Top 10 Companies for "Youth Empowerment Positive Influence." This survey utilized KEYPO to assess Taiwan's top 500 listed companies by market value from January 1, 2021, to September 30, 2024. Companies were evaluated based on their international influence, youth engagement, tangible results, and innovation and sustainability performance. Companies including Uni-President (7-Eleven Taiwan), FamilyMart, China Steel Corporation (CSC), and Formosa Petrochemical made the list. Wei Chiang, COO of BIG DATA Co., Ltd., stated that cultivating young talent is a long-term investment in a company's hidden value. This survey selected 20 listed companies by BIG DATA, which STUF APC then narrowed down to 10. Rebecca Shen, Director of STUF and CEO of the COP project, emphasized that youth are not just the hope for the future but a force for change today, and corporate support amplifies their influence. This collaboration embodies this spirit, hoping to inspire more enterprises to work together, promote generational coexistence, and showcase Taiwan’s sustainability value to the world.
